Return Policy

Return & Withdrawal Policy (14 Days)


Customers purchasing ALPA products through our online channels are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the goods.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of the decision to return the product by sending an explicit declaration (e.g., email or letter) to:

The declaration must be sent before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and functioning may be deducted from the refund.

4. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-configured products
  • Limited editions
  • Made-to-order components
  • Goods that have been personalised or modified at the customer’s request

These exclusions do not affect statutory rights.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping for all returns.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, ALPA will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method the customer originally used.
