Operating ALPA Silex Mk II

ALPA Silex Mk II is our central control unit for controlling the new Sinar/Leica/Rodenstock eShutter e250 but also the older type e125. The control unit manages the demanding power supply of the eShutter and communicates with the electronics of the shutter. ALPA Silex Mk II also controls all Canon EF lens modules via the ALPA ELA (electronic lens adapter), Contax 645, Hasselblad H, Nikon E and Rollei 6000. FPS/Silex are probably the most universal control units on the photographic market and uniquely versatile. The user interface within the ALPA system remains absolutely uniform, whether between ALPA 12 FPS and ALPA Silex Mk II or when operating the various lens systems. We have created a first series of short instructional videos. These will certainly be expanded in the future. Most of the information is also applicable for the ALPA 12 FPS.PRODUCT PAGE[/en/article/alpa-silex-mk-ii|ALPA Silex Mk II - the versatile control unit][/en/article/ela17|ALPA ELA - the electronic lens adapter]QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
